Built for the people who run the route

More than
a cabinet.
An entire route,
connected.

Games that bring the floor to life. Tools that keep the business in view. NCG connects your cabinets, your locations, and your players in one internet-based platform.

For route operators and participating locations. Availability depends on market, permissions, and approved configuration.

02 / A library, not a one-game box

Give every floor
its own personality.

From frontier landscapes to cinematic adventures, NCG’s internet-delivered library puts variety at the center of the player experience.

Presentation that stands out

Distinct themes, reel artwork, soundtracks, and animated results. A consistent NCG experience without a floor full of identical-looking screens.

The offer comes first

In the mandatory pre-reveal configuration, the player sees the exact cost and monetary result before accepting. Decline the offer and that transaction costs nothing.

A lineup you can manage

Choose enabled games for locations and supported kiosk overrides. Use the Popular Games report to see what players actually choose on your route.

03 / Internet based. Operator focused.

01

Web-delivered games

The cabinets run the game experience in a browser. Central delivery makes supported game and content updates easier to distribute.

02

Server-side records

Player balances, accepted transactions, and operating records are maintained online—not just on a paper collection sheet.

03

Connected hardware

Supported bill validators, ticket printers, and cabinet controls connect the physical floor to the platform. New builds and compatible conversions are available.

04

Remote visibility

Check store activity, device status, and support information without driving to every location just to find out what happened.

Connected means connected.

A reliable internet connection is required for live transactions. Device status reflects heartbeat updates; reporting reflects recorded events and screen refreshes. Browser assets may be cached locally—this is not an offline-play promise.

04 / Keep the location in the relationship

The player leaves the store.
The account stays connected.

NCG’s optional mobile and play-at-home experience lets enrolled players use a phone or computer, while the participating location remains their account-service point.

  1. 1

    Join through the store

Scan the location’s QR code or use its signup code. Sign in to the player account and select the participating location.

  2. 2

    Manage funds at the location

Authorized counter staff can look up the player, add mobile money, and process mobile payouts. Selected enabled kiosks also support self-service account access.

  3. 3

Play on a phone or at home

The player accesses enabled browser-based games using their location-linked balance. No dedicated game cabinet is needed at home.

  4. 4

Return to the location for service

Eligible mobile cash-outs follow the location’s payout process. Account activity stays associated with the correct store.

The kiosk becomes an account-service point

Look up. Verify. Fund. Check. Cash out.

On an enabled kiosk, a player can identify their mobile account, complete verification, view the store-linked balance, insert bills into a mobile deposit session, and request a mobile cash-out ticket for the store to pay. The kiosk is not an ATM.

One account does not mean one unrestricted balance.

Mobile balances are location-linked. Mobile accounting is separate from physical-machine cash accounting; a mobile wallet is not automatically the credits on a cabinet.

Available where enabled—not a blanket rollout.

Mobile play is controlled per location. Self-service mobile-wallet functions are currently limited to selected authorized kiosks. *Access is subject to eligibility, market restrictions, internet connectivity, and location policy.

05 / The route operator’s command center

Less windshield time.
More informed decisions.

From the big picture to the individual transaction: the Route portal organizes the work into stores, money, games, fleet, support, and team access.

Drill down, don’t guess

Move from route totals to a store, a cabinet, a ticket, or a play reference. Investigate disputes with timestamps and linked transaction records.

Know which devices need attention

Device activation, online/offline status, assignment, and supported remote diagnostics keep fleet work organized. AI-assisted troubleshooting offers approved actions for confirmation.

Give people the right tools

Route roles include Super Admin, Admin, and Tech. Financial visibility, billing, and management functions depend on the user’s permissions—not a shared all-access login.

06 / What the store actually sees

A counter screen.
Not a control room.

“What do you need to do?” is the starting point. Staff pick a task instead of digging through the entire route’s operations.

Local visibility.
Clear boundaries.

The location gets the information needed to serve its players and reconcile its business. It does not get the keys to every other store on the route.

Staff management appears only for authorized users. Individual device actions and mobile features depend on role, configuration, and enablement.

07 / The numbers tell the story

Know what came in.
Know what’s owed.
See the difference.

Real-time operational accounting means recorded cash events become visible in connected reports—without waiting for the next collection run.

The route sees performance

Custom date ranges and daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly recaps. Drill down to stores and cabinets. Review weekly platform invoices and accept or dispute them.

The store sees its cash work

Store ledger, ticket status, machine and mobile reports, plus a till view for shift reconciliation. Distinguish cash held in a cabinet from cash handled at the counter.

The audit trail explains the “why”

Amounts, event types, timestamps, device references, and linked plays or tickets help trace a question back to the underlying activity.

Three numbers that are not interchangeable.

Net machine cash is cash in minus recorded cash out—not guaranteed profit after revenue share, expenses, taxes, or other obligations. Pending tickets are not the same as paid cash. Expected till follows counter cash movements, not every bill inside every cabinet. Mobile activity has its own reporting.
